Remember when?
Mullet + stone wash + LA Gear and top it with a Hypercolor shirt! nice clark.
remember the Pogo Ball? just weird.
What other pants could you get to match your favorite NFL Team? Still see these floating around from time to time.
Skidz ruled. It was basically wearing nicer pajamas to school and rockin out. I could go for another round of these.
We just thought we would find some of the best photos of years past showing the crazy styles and designs that we all were wearing! Is it really hard to believe that as much as we complained about these styles we are already bringing them back? I think there is a reason. It was a time when you could be wild in style and mix and match just about anything. It was loud and a fun time. Just ask yourself, how many times do you see that guy walking around town with his slick plastic looking Baseball team coat, a well taken care of Mullet and a badass pair of high top Bball shoes. It is comfortable and sweet!

Thermochromatic Dye?? huh?
Since coming onto the scene back in the 80's color changing shirts have been kind of a mystery to the average consumer when it comes to the technology. The shirts are made using several dying methods that take plenty of skill and time to figure out how to use correctly. At the core of the shirt is a base color that stays with the shirt no matter what. Then the thermochromatic dye is completed over this base layer to create another color. The thermochromatic dye used in these shirts is very remarkable due to the fact that there is actually a change in tiny capsules when the shirt is heated and then cooled off. Thermochromatic dye are implanted into the fibers of the material and form smaller barriers and when these barriers are opened up (by heat) it will expose the lighter color base dye underneath. It is hard to believe that when wearing this shirt there are millions of small pockets of dye that will basically open and close based on the temperature of the material. So when you are seeing a change in thermochromatic shirts there is actually tiny capsules of dye that are opening and closing to expose the underlying shirt color. This technology has come along way since the beginning of its existence and there are even methods being used now where the dye will be permanently impregnated into the fabric. Sit back relax, don't worry to much about what happens behind the scenes, let you your shirt do the talking. Get ready for some more Change!

What makes a t-shirt cool?
Well I have started to look into what makes a shirt cool and unique and let me tell you it is something that cannot be figured out! I have searched thick and thin looking for advice and ideas on different shirt brands, styles, designs and concepts that will be trendy and different from the next guy. As I searched through different designer forums and sites (emptees,DBH, threadless etc) I have realized that there is a something for everyone and what everyone thinks is cool in their minds. I have come across Popsicle designs, zombies, skulls, vomit, organics, and I have not even touched the tip of the t-shirt world. In a society with a everything goes attitude our shirts take on this same approach. Now would I wear a shirt with a zombie eating a brain? probably not but someone else would and it may fit their personality better. This is what gets me to the question I have been asking here at Change Me... Why are our shirts cool?
As far as our clothing line goes I think we allow the end user to really experiment and have fun with their shirt. They can wear it just like it is with a pair of jeans and go out and really no one would know it changed color (depending on the temperature). Or you could get the shirt screen printed with your crazy design and wear it out and let the shirt and the design show who you are. The shirts are cool and it is because it strikes a common chord of young and old. The young generation has never seen a shirt that will actually change color with temperature so this is something totally wild. On the other hand color changing shirts (or hyper color / thermo chromatic shirts) have already been used and abused by the 30 something generation.
So I would say we have cool shirt with alot of cool possibilities. Check out more at www.changemeclothing.com where we continue to evolve and spread the word of new and exciting color changing clothing.

Welcome To Color Changing Shirts!
COLOR CHANGING T-SHIRTS! WELCOME TO OUR BLOG.
Welcome to the Blog for Color Changing Shirts! We are here to provide the most comprehensive information on the web for the these exciting pieces of clothing. The purpose will be to explore the overall design, technology, process and development of color changing shirts and how they have came back in popularity recently. Not only have these shirts become a staple in T-shirt history, color changing shirts have offered many of us the oppurtunity to have fun. As the technology has be revamped overtime it is only a matter of time before we see the color changing fabrics used in various industries. I will also try to explore types of inks, heat presses and other screenprinting ideas that go along with colorchanging shirts. Hypercolor shirts as we once new them by seems to have fallen by the wayside and others are coming onto the scene to takeover this not so forgotton past. So sit back relax and enjoy. I will try to explain the processes without getting to crazy and wild in my writings but I think people really need to know how cool and unique the color changing shirt really is.
In the meantime, take a look at http://www.changemeclothing.com/ Where they specialize in color changing t-shirts.
